We provide a comprehensive 3-month warranty covering performance problems, and runaway cases. Plus, 1-year FREE medical insurance. During this period, our agency offers free replacement if:
- The maid fails to pass FOMEMA medical examination
- The maid’s performance is unsatisfactory despite counseling
- The maid leaves without notice
Pre-Arrival Process
Each candidate undergoes:
- Complete medical examination in their home country
- Basic skills assessment
- Background screening
- Pre-departure orientation
If a candidate withdraws before arrival, we provide:
- Immediate notification with proper documentation
- Priority selection of new candidates
- Continued processing without additional administrative fees
